Sorry I don't have an answer but I have two very good friends with quite extreme stammers, however the ladies love them, 1 is a very successful musician and one is a dreadlocked youth worker. I think it's endearing and I know it's no basis, however I tend to trust people with stammers, I don't know why. Be a role model for others who suffer by achieving all you can, show them the way. I am the 5th person in my complex who has gotten their laundry stolen and we know who did it.?

Nobody has actually seen him do it but he has a long history of stealing over the years. in fact, two years ago when i first moved in and did not know better i enlisted him to help me move in and he in turn sole a bunch of my stuff and lots of my ex-husband's clothes. i called his mother and went to his house and threatened to have him arrested and it must have scared him because all of the sudden my stuff showed up in a box on my doorstep. this time he stole two loads of my laundry which included 10 pair of designer jeans and i filed a police report for "grand theft". there are four other tenants in my building who have also gotten their stuff stolen and i am not sure if they filed police reports or not. i left a note on his door and a message on their machine demanding the return of my laundry and now they are threatening to file a restraining order against me. the homeowner's ociation had a two hour meeting with his mother about the back dues she owes and the papers

Am I stupid for wanting to join enlisted?

First don't listen to what you're father says, you being out on the front lines is the reason he is sitting down watching TV and not digging through junkyards. It is a very honorable thing for you to join enlisted and be infantry. When I get out of high school, I'm going to enlist with a 11x option 40 contract. This will guarantee that I get to become a Ranger as long as I make it through the pipeline (BCT, OSUT, Airborne, Ranger School). You can also get a contract to become Special Forces. Lots of people become Rangers then apply for SF (you will not be guaranteed entry into SF school though). If you are Special Forces you certainly aren't stupid, SF isn't about kicking down doors and shooting people, they train foreign militias, thus they must know how to speak a foreign language. They will teach you that language in a year long course. You must be able to map out an entire area and bring back intelligence. Plus you must know how to think on your feet quick and make intelligent decisions. If you really want to fight I would recomend enlisting with a Ranger or Special Forces contract. Even if you aren't good enough to make it to Ranger or SF, you will still be an Airborne Infantryman which is a respectable job. Good Luck and make the decision for YOU, don't follow a map follow your dream.

How do I deal with a man who's scared of commitment?

I know you like this guy, but it seems like a vicious cycle. You should stay friends with him if he's important to you, but don't date or sleep with him anymore. He obviously has some issues he needs to work out and you deserve a man who is clear on what he wants. Basically, keep yourself emotionally distant from him and don't cave when he appears to show you feelings. If he can change and make a solid committment you should reconsider, but don't hold your breath.

My beautiful betta isn't so beautiful anymore!?

Bought a gorgeous turquoise delta tail betta from the store earlier in March. Did a water change on him (not his first one, have been using recommended tap water conditioners) and the next day his gorgeous fins were all tattered and brittle looking! This little guy used to puff up and show off every chance he got. Still eats, still is very attentive to his surroundings, but he looks rough. I have removed anything hard in the tank, so all he has is the soft fake plants. Has anyone else had a betta with similar problems? What can I do to help him heal up? Alice, I agree that handshakes are a tell-tale sign to first impressions. I don't initially trust a person that hands you a "dead fish" wimpy handshake. It's like they are hiding something. Im 23 and have some weird health issues..?

I am 23 and 2 years ago I found out I had shingles, they didnt know why I had gotten it because I was so young, they did a HIV test and it was negitive and told me it was prob stress that makes my immune system bad. 11 month old is sick what else can i do for him?

My 11 month old son woke up this morning sick as a dog. He is coughing which sounds like a real phlegm cough and can't stop sneezing. He has a bit of a touch and go of a fever all day. I have given him Tylenol and have supplement with Motrin every 4 hrs. I even gave him some benadryl to make him a bit more drowsy so he can try to get some sleep. Well nothing is working of what I am doing. I have tried vicks vapor rub on his chest and even gave him a breathing machine treatment to see if the phlegm would break up. i have also tried nose spray and used the bulb to clean his mouth and nose. Well he is very cranky and very tired but won't fall asleep and when he does fall asleep he wakes up choking on his coughs. What else can I do for him so he can try to get some sleep???

Why am I so unhappy these days?

I'm a 22 year old college grad working as a designer for a construction firm that I've been with for two years. Recently my boyfriend and I moved in with his Dad and younger brother to try to save money on rent and also help his dad cope with his recent separation and divorce in the works. I also have an 11 year old German Shepherd, Angel, who is the shining light in my life, she's been with me forever and I love her so much. She recently was diagnosed with DM and can no longer use her back legs. We get around it, she has a harness so I can help her walk and she has a wheelchair to let her run and play. Anway, my life doesn't sound so bad right? Pretty decent even? Well why am I so miserable? I mean there's a little more to it, but I don't understand why I am so devastatingly sad all the time and just plain unhappy. I do hate living in this new house, my bf's Dad is a drunk, he's loud and obnoxious and yells alot, about everything, he's always asking where we're going and what we're doing and he never listens, not cool. And his younger brother (17) is just awful. He's says everything is "gay" and calls everybody a "fag", drives around in a piece of crap redneck truck and he's just also very obnoxious. He's always coming to our room trying to get my bf's attention or to tell him the most ridiculous stories, things like who he found out his ex gf just had with, things I could absolutely care less about and just want him to go away. And it feels like he's always there, never leaves us or me alone. I can't shower without him loitering outside the door close by or take my crippled dog out to pee without having to shove past him in the hallway. He's also very rude, I made some homemade cookies for everyone, two giant plates full, he ate every last one when he came home late that night, I hate him. Him and his dad just make me feel very bad when I'm around them. And at work I'm getting very frustrated. I'm constantly covering for our front desk receptionist even though I am in no way a freakin secretary. It's really demeaning being the one that has to take over for her whenever her kid is sick or she has an appt for her car, or what ever it may be this time. I've complained about it probably 10 times and no one cares. And with this economy I'm told that I should just be grateful to have a job. All these things have made me an angry person. The smallest things send me into an absolute rage. I'm miserable to be around, people don't often approach me unless they have to. Which, in a way is what I want, to be left the hell alone. But say a piece of tape got stuck to me, try to get it off a couple of times, can't quite get it, that would drive me to be so freakin angry I'd want to just smash the whole tape dispenser. I beat the crap out of my steering wheel in my car a lot, my car is like the only place I feel I can let everything out, cry and punch things. It makes me feel like such a freak, like everyone hates me, including myself. And I honestly don't really want to be liked. I don't like people anymore. I have never once met a girl my age that I could be good friends with. Most 22 year old girls that I've met (my bf has tried to have us go out with couples that he knows) are absolute skanks. I know I do. Starting issue with '99 S-10, 4 cyl. 5-speed distributorless ignition?

'99 S-10, 2.2L 5-speed. I have full dash and electronic function. Good battery and connections under the hood. Starter changed this past winter. Good fuel pressure and all new plugs and wires 1 month ago. The fuel pump primes as normal, all the security, air bag and anti-thelf indicators do their normal checks, with the clutch depressed and the key turned to start the engine fails to even turn over. Checked all the fuses under the hood and in the side panel of the dash and they all seem to be fine. It did this once before and started after being left alone to cool down after a long drive. Allowing it to cool down didn't work this time. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks. Oh, starter does not click, lights do not dim, the truck runs fine when push started and the clutch popped in first gear. I'm thinking clutch safety switch, starter, ignition switch or a relay.

They aren't lazy, but it's very common that someone with so much memory, and smarts gets bored at a average persons rate. Thus apply themselves less and less. Course this is with education. An with the United States education system... It is mainly about tests as probably most of us know. For the average IQ, the pace of a normal public school system is designed to make them excel. Okay i'm going to make this as short as possible. I know its early but my school does its prom payments early in installments so that everyone can afford it.
