When bf starts conversation with....?

I think we should get married in a rodeo arena! My man hasn't even proposed yet. He knows I like having things planned out and everything. He even wrote down some sites for wedding dresses! This means he's going to propose huh? The scary thing is that we haven't been together very long. But he tells me everyday that I have made a better man out of him and have turned his life around, he also says the colors are red, blue and black. Is that too much? He has already picked out a dress for me, but says he won't wear a tux....what should i do i have no idea! HELP!!!
