Need to relocate to crime city please to help?

Dear sir, please if you will direct me to terrible city in which to relocate. My wife Aboil was to join me here in America this night but I have called airline and made stop on ticket for now. I now live in small, clean American township which everyone is friendly and low crime and clean streets. If wife comes here she will never leave. I wish much for her to stay in India because I love the pretty women here so much more than horrid wife Aboil with her rotten teeth and smell feet and loud disrespectful voice. Please to tell me of city that is much crime, dirty streets, broken houses and hate filled citizens. if living in such a place wife will not stay and grant divorce to me. Some of my ociates say Detroit and East St Louis and Reno. Please if you could give more suggestions so as to relocate as soon as possible. Thanks to you much.
