I lost my phone while snowmobileing. If I have insurence on it will I get a new one through Alltel?

i was also sledding and my mom put insurence on my phone. we looked everywhere for it but it was getting to cold out and the snow was drifting over our tracks so we gave up. Will my alltel insurence pay for a new one?
