How many Olympic athletes live/train/work in countries other then the one there are competing for?

I don't think they have figures on this sort of stuff anywhere. There are lots and lots that are based in a different country though and it generally comes down to what sport they are participating in and where the strongest competition is for that sport. Eg Most basketballers are based out of USA or Europe.
