Men, boys, guys, GENTLEMEN...Opinions please.?

Do guys, men, gentlemen, think of women who get enhancement for vanity purposes as "marrying material". i read many posts on the shape of a mother that were from men saying they preferred more natural looking . they also said fake ones didn't move the same way and they didn't like the way the felt...insight please?
