Sore, inflamed oris?

For nearly 4 weeks i have had a sore inflamed , i have had two courses of oral antibiotics, inflammatory tablets and pain killers, my doctor asked if i had had , i haven't but i did use a vibrator, i didn't tell my doctor this. He has given me a cream that has a steroid, anti fungal and antibiotic in it, is this going to help or have i damaged my oris for good, and will it always be this painful, i have read about nerve damage from vibrators. I have already been off work for 2 weeks as it hurts and stings.
