No, I don't see how they contradict each other. In fact, they compliment each other as they both contain teachings of our Savior Jesus Christ. What you are referring to is simply how some people come to understand the fall of Adam and Eve. It is not a contradiction. Think about it... If Adam and Eve BEFORE they partook of the fruit did not know they were naked, and did not know good and bad, how could they know HOW to procreate. Their sin was disobeying God's commandment not to eat of the fruit, but by falling they were now able to procreate, now knowing they were naked.
