Fifa 09 problem xbox 360?

When i have progressed through the be a pro game mode into the second year, but now all the details from that saved game are in the rest of the game so the teams that were promoted in my be a pro are now in the premiership if i go to a friendly and some of my previously made transfers i.e. robbie keane to spurs are now not right as he is back in the liverpool squad like on my be a pro. any help will be greatly recieved!
