Who is that annoying t*** who is always on those stupid "top 50 adverts / love songs / idiots" programmes?

He is currently on a god awful programme on channel 5 about the ridiculous Brand / Ross / Andrew Sach's trashy grand daughter affair and is spouting a load of crap!
