11 month old is sick what else can i do for him?

My 11 month old son woke up this morning sick as a dog. He is coughing which sounds like a real phlegm cough and can't stop sneezing. He has a bit of a touch and go of a fever all day. I have given him Tylenol and have supplement with Motrin every 4 hrs. I even gave him some benadryl to make him a bit more drowsy so he can try to get some sleep. Well nothing is working of what I am doing. I have tried vicks vapor rub on his chest and even gave him a breathing machine treatment to see if the phlegm would break up. i have also tried nose spray and used the bulb to clean his mouth and nose. Well he is very cranky and very tired but won't fall asleep and when he does fall asleep he wakes up choking on his coughs. What else can I do for him so he can try to get some sleep???
