What will be the dominant form of transportation in Reno, Nevada in 20 years.....?

And are there any plans to close any streets to cars? Also what will happen to the suburbs and single-family neighborhoods? The reason I ask is I learned about the AIA town meeting which seeks to make Reno livable and sustainable. Is Reno being turned into an ecological paradise?
