Already in a fraternity, but if i transfer to a different school will i be accepted at that schools chapter?

I'm already in a fraternity at my university, but Im most likely going to be transferring to a different university for my major. The university Im transferring to has a chapter of my fraternity to, but will i be accepted by them. the fraternity is national.
