Washington Redskins 2010 season?

How will the Redskins do in the 2010 season with a new QB, new coach and coaching staff, new GM, and new defensive formation (4-3 to 3-4)? I think they'll do all right at 7-9 or 8-8, they still have too many holes to fill. What do you think is gonna happen to them this year, playoffs, more failures, anything at all? Oh yeah, also, is Haynesworth ever going to p his conditioning test?
