Im 23 and have some weird health issues..?

I am 23 and 2 years ago I found out I had shingles, they didnt know why I had gotten it because I was so young, they did a HIV test and it was negitive and told me it was prob stress that makes my immune system bad. I have been getting chronic canker sores since then, I also have been getting chalazion cysts on my eyes. I really cant catch a break. My doctor doesnt say much, im not concerned but I am just wondering why am I having all this happen. I also, have a very strong smelling urine and its very murky. Everyone says to drink more water but I do lol.. ugh I feel like im 80 years old.
