Know about gun holsters?

My sister is graduating from the FBI academy in a few weeks and I thought a y and discrete thigh holster would be an awesome gift. Does anyone know of any thigh holsters that are discrete, nice and will hold a variety of small guns? I kinda like the ones that strap towards the front, but yet still kind of on the inside of thigh. The less straps the better (for the iness) yet I still want it to be practical.
