Will Michigan State University accept me?

have 3.3 GPA. I got a 21 on my ACT. I was the captain of my football team and Baseball team. Im my schools representative for Youth Advisory Council. I am a member of the Boy Scouts of America and have earned the rank of Eagle. I have an internship with the local istant prosecutor for the past year and a half. Countless hours of community service. I was cl president freshmen and sopre year. I also play basketball, and our team recently had the honor of academic all state. I was in the high school band freshmen and sopre years. I am also a volunteer biology tutor. And i also am a volunteer K through 6th grade basketball coach. i have one problem did not take a foreign language... Please give me your input
