Could i really be prego?

okay all my friends think im pregnant but im not for sure, if i was i would only be a month,but for the past week ive been feeling really sick, i get random headaches,im startin to break out on my face i never just start to break out, my and stomach hurt sometimes and last n ight after i had it felt like i lost my virginity again and one of my friends says its a sign, i really dont know, ya think i am?
