Where are the Christmas Deco shops that used to be in the Concourse? Do you know where they are at now?

I took a walk there during my lunch hour and when i got there a part of the building (the shops section) was under construction for Skyline Concourse! It took me 1/2 an hour to walk there and to my dismay there wasn't anything.. Anyone know where they shifted to?
